My name is Sonia Watson-Fowler, Son if we’re friendly, founder of No Victims Live Here.
At the heart of my work is sense-making: helping people untangle what feels messy, recognise the patterns at play and turn insight into practical action. I’m good at hearing what sits beneath the words, spotting the gaps between intention, behaviour and experience, and helping people reduce the noise that gets in the way of who they need to be and what they need to do.
My work sits where people, leadership, culture and change meet, bringing together coaching practice, strategic thinking, behavioural insight, cultural competence and lived experience. My style is warm, direct and deeply human. I help people feel seen without letting them hide, and I know how to challenge without turning the room into a battleground.
The work can be serious without becoming joyless. There is room for laughter, tenderness and the occasional well-timed truth bomb, because challenge is a kindness too.
You do not need the perfect brief or a polished explanation. Bring what you know, what feels unclear and the thing that keeps circling. We can work out the next step from there.
